We sat down with Imah Dumagay (@imahcomedy ) and Amr Elassal (@thefunnyegyptian ), the co founders of @comedykix , to talk about how a simple idea in 2019 grew into a space where voices, punchlines and personalities collide.
From that very first open mic night to today, their spark hasn’t changed: creating a space where people connect through laughter, and in a city that’s always moving, Dubai’s cultural mix keeps every show fresh, with locals, expats and tourists each adding their own flavour to the room, shaping the energy night after night.
