Après sa grave blessure au dos, il était important pour Côme, multiple recordman du monde de Døds, de faire un point avec ce training camp à Hossegor 🤝🏼
L’objectif : Reprendre les sauts en toute confiance pour son prochain stage en Norvège 💦
L’accent a été mis sur le regain de mobilité et le renforcement de sa chaîne postérieure, lui construire un gainage apte à répondre aux contraintes du Døds !
C’etait également l’occasion parfaite pour lui de découvrir de nouvelles routines et passer du bon temps ici 🍕🏄♂️🙄

At first, doctors said I wouldn’t be able to ski properly this season after breaking my back ☹️

We had so much snow this winter, crazy how many times I had dig myself out of the cabin to go ski ! #soannoying
Didn’t send any big tricks, but I leveled up af my core skiing 💯
