We are excited to be virtually launching the The Creative co-LAB in JUNE 2020. A place that supports, grows and develops entrepreneurs in creative sectors such as architecture, fashion, visual art & crafts, audio-visual, film, marketing, design, technology and innovation. It is a space that encourages collaboration, experimentation and real business growth through access to information, markets, physical maker workshop areas and business pods.

Yesterday we had our Final Makers Way Picnic at Full!!!
We have just over one month left on this phase of the project before the @makersvalley.jozi Festival tgat will take place on the 27th of March 2020.
And the suppliers of the Makers Way Project came in numbers whereby everyone brought their favourite snack to share with others.
It was also a time for everyone to connect and make new collaborations and friendships.

Working with night of 1000 Drawings Festival of Art, we celebrate creative and community of Johannesburg art scene whilst coming together to do good with Art. Meet the people and makers of the Makers Valley Project - Jozi Heart Of Social And Creative Enterprise.
This week we meet Vuyo Lassie Ndalela who's a Professional Stilt Walker.
He lives in the @makersvalley.partnership and he is involved in the Makers Way Project by teaching kids stilt walking.

An exciting announcement... We are thrilled to start our relationship with @Graduate school of architecture again in 2020!
Students will have access to The Creative co-LAB; it's makerspace, machinery, equipment, hot desk area and The Assemblage library - as well as hands on tutoring from Trevor McGurk.
We can't wait to get all the master architectural students working in our space!
At the Coloured Cube will be manufacturing the African Board Games for @Makers Way Project.
The negative molds have been made and the games will be cast in cement for public spaces.
It will be easy for everyone to access and play.

In 2020 at the Creative co -LAB, we made some few changes in the building.
We moved our waiting area into the reception and reception into the co-sharing space.
