Spicy Prawn, Scollop and Pork Sausages with Cucumber and Peanut Relish! This was a different one for me, there was whole chunks of Scollop and prawn in the sausage and Neil said he'd been cooking it since his early Rockpool days. Everything on the plate had its own beautiful flavour but Neil told us we need to get a little bit of everything in the same bite, so I crammed on my fork the pineapple, cucumber, sausage, peanut, chilli and I think it was thyme. Omg it was a mouthful of deliciousness

Spencer Gulf King Prawns with Roast Pepper Salsa! Amazing unique flavour again.Took our time and mopped up every little bit of that sauce yum.

The food at @margaretdoublebay I decided each plate was worth its own post so I apologise for the photo bomb and apologise for my shitty pics which definitely don't do it justice This one was fresh water yabbies which was not on the menu and I can't remember what it was dressed with but the heads where filled with this delicious cream yum. Wasn't sure if I'd look a bit grubby picking every bit of meat out of the claws and head but I picked it out anyway
OMG what an experience, we walk into Margaret and are greated at the door by people who know who we are. Then seated right Infront of Neil who is cooking on the grill. I think near every staff and family member came over for a chat, felt like a rockstar! Was an absolute pleasure to meet everyone! He has his whole family in the restaurant. They bring some drinks and a menu which has my name on the first three dishes and them drinks wow. We let Neil choose our dishes. The food, which Neil personally cooked and served for us, I don't think I've tasted anything like it. Sooo much flavour in every single bite on every plate. This guy even made lettuce taste good! I got a few food pics I'll need to do another post when I get time.

I only had a couple of days in Sydney and I apologise to all the people I didn't get a chance to visit! But I just couldn't leave without a visit to Neil and his family. Thankyou for a great night guy's, an experience Coralie and I will never forget!

Had an awesome night last night at Matt Moran's Redoko restaurant for the #harveynormanau #deliciousproduceawards presentation night! Still a little numb and can't believe we actually won the trophy for best Australian seafood 😃 Ate some absolutely mind blowing food and met a heap of amazing chef's and producers. Thankyou to all involved, feeling very privileged.
