Things are getting close on our St James Kotara project. The scaffold is down, the landscaping is going in, and furniture is being installed.
It has been a challenging project with a lot of hurdles and speed bumps, but the end is near!

The Collaborative team recently completed the Campus Heart Stage 2 Refurbishment works at the University of Newcastle. The works included the refurbishment of staff and student spaces in the Language Centre and Auchmuty Library as well as external works around the campus.

Collaborative recently completed the construction of a new four story Childcare Centre at Junction Fair Shopping Centre. Completed as a DD&C project, the facility includes three levels of education spaces, that can accomodate up to 109 children, extensive play spaces, an undercover carpark and great views of the Newcastle skyline.
This project was many years in the making and was a true collaboration with great project partners, including Stirling Property Group, Junction Fair Shopping Centre, Tillys, AVID Project Management & CKDS Architecture.

The building facade remediation works at The University of Newcastle included the replacement of all high level cladding, repairs to building framing and facade remediation works to the full perimeter of blocks A & F of the Engineering Faculty - all completed while the buildings were fully operational and in conjunction with the University timetable and day to day teaching operations.
A very tricky and logistically complex project to manage on site - which was executed perfectly by the Collaborative crew. Great result team!
