Our Urban Ballroom Dance class will be only be held on 5/23 & 5/30 this month, and Chair Aerobics does not meet on the 4th Thursday. All other classes are taking place as scheduled, so join us this month at our partner studio location @movessentialstudio

On this day four (4) years ago we stepped out on faith and officially opened our doors in the City of Carson with one goal in mind to “Build Community Thru Collaboration”! And even tho our address has changed the mission is still the same. To everyone who has supported, encouraged, visited, mentored, donated, referred, volunteered, participated, contributed, prayed, posted, tagged, shared and manifested over the years THANK YOU 🙏🏾 we wouldn’t be who we are or where we are without you!!! We look forward to seeing you in 2026 and beyond, we have much more to come.
