We will be having burlesque performances from both @_aurora_moon_ and @dest_inyvonivy in-between sets so there will not be a dull moment - except for maybe when I'm introducing people - but you only have to listen to that temporarily - just grit your teeth that's how most people get through it... No for cereal though, this event is going to ROCK! This course explores how our minds and bodies respond to stress, while introducing practical strategies to manage and cope effectively.
