For high score coffee all the profile doesn't give bitter and harsh taste either esspresso or filter.
So excited to taste it between 14-20 days and 1 month. #barista #london
Water temperature very important to taste harshness for esspresso roast beans. I picked 86 on this video and course ground like batch brew. Enjoy watching.
