I can’t quite believe little old me has managed to carry 2 big healthy babies to full term 🥹 I am beyond proud of myself and forever grateful to @alecfalconer for looking after me these past few months. It’s not been the easiest pregnancy but with his love , care and delicious food I’ve managed to smash it - soppy but true.
2 more weeks to go and they’ll be in our arms 🥹🥹🥹
