September 27th, 2025…man, that’s a night I’ll never forget. The love, the energy, the support—it was unmatched. 🙌🏾 Big up to my fam and friends for pulling up and showing out, and to my team who put in the work to make this premiere happen. Couldn’t have done it without y’all. Major appreciation to our sponsors who believed in the vision and partnered with us to bring this to life. I’m still on a high from the way @codeswitchtv was received—thank you for rocking with us! At the end of the day, all I want is to make my momma proud 🥲 and give all glory to God—because without Him, none of this is possible. This is just the beginning…we’re taking this show on the road 🚀

Another film festival is in the books for @codeswitchtv . I can’t stop thanking God for His grace in this season. So much goes into making a film. It really is a team effort. That’s why seeing the response, hearing the feedback, and feeling the energy from the audience at Indie Night Film Festival was truly humbling. A special thank you to @indienightff and @davebrownusa for giving us this amazing platform to share our story. But the Code Switch journey is far from over! The vision has always been bigger than a short film. Our goal is to grow Code Switch into a series so more people can see themselves in these characters, these conversations, and these moments. We’re building. More to come. 📺👏🏾

God continues to do his big one ☝🏾 Recently, I had the opportunity to screen @codeswitchtv at @morehouse1867 for a private screening, thanks to the wonderful by Dr. ifeanyiawachie . It was my first time on the historic campus and the experience did not disappoint! What I appreciated most was the dialogue after the film. The Q&A wasn’t surface level. It was thoughtful, insightful, and a reflection of how sharp and creative those students are. Truly honored to be invited to spaces like this where stories spark real conversation. If you haven’t seen the film yet, you can still watch it at the @indienightff film festival. Details are below: 🗓 Saturday, May 9th

It’s been a month since the Code Switch ATL premiere and I’m still taking it all in. This process has been more than just making a film. It’s been me stepping into a new version of myself as a storyteller. Learning, growing, and embracing something that didn’t always feel natural at first. But honestly, I’ve been enjoying every step of it. I thank God for the vision and the strength to see it through. And to everyone who showed up, supported, and continues to pour into this journey, thank you. This is only the beginning. There’s more on the way. 🎬
