SantĂŠ Barley Trilogy Run Asia - Leg 2 photo dump
Too locked in chasing that sub-2 that I only got quick snaps here and there. Had to weave through the crowd the whole way, so this is the extent of my race documentation lol
Sub-2 secured.
Onwards to Leg 3. Back to training. 32K next.
First time running in UP-D, and definitely a memorable one.
Photo dump from a challenging but rewarding morning, plus my first sub-55
Thank you, @southstardrugph and @runrio_inc
Onto the next!

It was HOT. Barely any wind, adding up to summer heat and humidity.
Hydration stations turned into mini showers⌠ended up soaking and drenched in most of my race photos đ
Still a good run for me. Still fun.
Manila, youâre next.
July 2025: 73.5kg.
Today: 53.0kg.
It started with intermittent fasting in August and grew into a routine of running and staying in a calorie deficit by December. Now that Iâve hit my target weight, the work doesn't stop. I'm still keeping the deficit, but I've started adding some home workouts these past two weeks to sharpen the build.
I usually head straight to the road or the oval as soon as I log off from my WFH shift at 6:00 AM. Iâve found a real love for running along the way, and I donât think Iâll ever let it go.
The biggest lesson Iâve learned is to never rush the result. If you trust the process and just focus on the system, the body eventually has no choice but to follow. The progress continues.
P.S. Apologies for the topless photos. I know itâs not the best view, but after 20kg of hard work, I figured it was worth showing the progress.
If youâre waiting for the perfect time to start, it doesnât exist. Just start now and let the consistency do the rest.
Immortalizing this new route and another Sub1 in the books.
It wasnât an easy run, but progress has been showing lately, and I even got a PR out of it. đĽš

Weâll take that.
