Y’all really be sleeping on the Bronx, and for what? Some of the best food is out there! Pulled up to @coderednyc_ for karaoke night, and by midnight, it turned into a full-on Kingston party 🇯🇲🔥. The food? Top-tier! The oxtail birria tacos were a game-changer, the seafood (shrimp & mussels in garlic butter) was hitting, and the family platter? Especially that oxtail—10/10, no debate. Oh, and they’re open till 4 AM, so you already know the vibes. Who’s coming with me next time? 👀

@coderednyc_ is a Caribbean restaurant and lounge; serving everything from your Caribbean staples like oxtail, to more unique combinations like curried stuff snapper.
The restaurant is lively with a dj playing a mix of everything, and generally a packed house.
The Mac and cheese with oxtail and lamb chops was one of my favorite dishes, but I do think the tasting platter with curry goat, oxtail, & jerk shrimp is a stand out.
Definitely make reservations, and check them out.
You know we had to provide the vibes for Cinco De Mayo!! The only place to be in the Bronx on this holiday is at Code Red!!
