A handful of years ago, Code had the opportunity to work on this beautiful brown stone in the Upper West Side. As the filing representative, Code pushed through a Alt I conversation application and filed the Certificate of Occupancy making this home good as new.

A few years ago Code had been hired as the filing representative for 44 Berry St. in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Built into an apartment building, this former tonic water factory brings beautiful industrial apartments to Brooklyn. All apartments include high ceilings and large windows, airy layouts, and mezzanine levels!
