#MrA
Mr A. Got a nose job 😂🙌 I was lucky enough to go and watch Ewen @coatesstudiofoundry do some minor adjustments and learn more about the process of making bronzes! He took off a few sharp edges on the nose and refined it so Mr A. Is looking less sharp ha, but much better.
The next step is to make an edition. If you would like your name down as an expression of interest, send me an email on my website ❤️ Happy New Year!

ORCHID
Bronze Sculpture
Commissioned by the Level Crossing Removal Project for Greensborough Station.
Robyne Latham’s bronze sculpture ORCHID is a reflection on the art of interrelatedness.
The complex symbiotic relationship between the Rosella Spider Orchid, (Caladenia Rosella) a native bee and a microscopic fungus, has enabled this delicate orchid to flourish on the lands of the Kulin Nation for over 40,000 years.
ORCHID reveals the interwoven complexity of First Nations’ ways of caring for Country (the land, the animals, the waterways), and for each other.
The Caladenia Rosella is now endangered in Greensborough and the Nillumbik Shire.
Robyne Latham is a Yamatji woman based in Naarm, (Melbourne). Her ceramics, paintings and sculptures are widely collected nationally and internationally.
