Our Rose Loop residence on Eagle Harbor. We transformed this waterfront site into a light-filled retreat where floor-to-ceiling glass, warm wood, and dark charcoal tones frame the sweeping harbor views.
Step inside our Olympia Prairie Home! Clean lines, warm materials, and expansive glass framing prairie views. This modern, budget-minded retreat was designed to live simply and connect deeply to the land.
Step inside our Grand Ridge Escape bathroom! These tile patterns add texture, depth, and just the right amount of visual drama to a calm, spa-like space.
From vision to reality! Clean lines, thoughtful proportions, and material choices guided the project from concept through construction, resulting in a guest house that feels both intentional and effortless.
Throwback to the interiors of our Grand Ridge Estate project ✨
Designed with generations in mind, the home balances flexibility, connection, and comfort. From a lower level planned for future extended family living to a main floor optimized for entertaining and aging in place. At the heart of it all, the kitchen serves as a gathering space for everyday moments and lifelong memories, with interconnected rooms that still allow space for privacy and reflection.
A look back at Grow Avenue 🌱
Here are some early visualizations from this sustainability-driven multi-family community on Bainbridge Island. Originally envisioned and master-planned by Coates Design Architects, Grow reimagines neighborhood living through net-zero energy homes, walkable streets, and shared green spaces, proving that sustainable design can be both practical and beautiful.
We’re honored to share that our Viewpoint Vista project has been featured in Braun Publishing’s Contemporary Interior Design (Masterpieces Around the World), the publisher’s newest volume celebrating contemporary interior design.
This thoughtfully curated book highlights projects from around the world that explore the creative possibilities between floor and ceiling. Where materiality, light, texture, and form come together in meaningful ways. We’re grateful to see Viewpoint Vista included among spaces that value authenticity, craftsmanship, and personal expression.
