Actors - Media training for interviews is something separate that's also important for professional development, but slates and feeling comfortable with slating impact every opportunity you're given to introduce yourself on camera.
Even in the room, you're slating to camera. It's a skill worth some attention.
Also, if you're in a funk about auditions, just know it's totally normal.
If you're looking to get out of that funk, I've got some simple pointers at the end.
