The trainingsplan that I am working on with Rabina is in service of her dance. Which means focus on Mobility, explosivity, endurance, and plyometric training. In addition to this (video out next week) we do specific movement sequences to work from the spine, and sacrum. To improve flowyness in dance and stay connected with the hips.
In this way we train to increase the range of possibilities in movement for her through mobility (and connection with the source/spine) and work also for maximum energeticness in her dance through explosivity. 🌼
