In just over 1week an elite group consisting of @jamiegrewar@graemesmeaton #DougInnes & @adamjcoulson@carolinegrewar and myself will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge. A group brought together by Edinburgh University and held together by a love of children, a good time and chaos will take on this walking mission!
Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, whatever Snowdon is now called (we’ll learn that too), some driving, all within 24 hours is the plan.

We need to do more to stop this disease.

Incredibly proud of @yonakw , what an Olympics this has been. A great performance in the prelim and even better in the semi final.
In a very exciting semi final ,with a field of outstanding divers, Yona finished 13th. Narrowly missing out on the final stings but that pain will fade and the memories of an incredible Olympic Games, supported by the wonderful @teamjamaica@jamaicaolympic will stay forever. Thank you to his amazing support crew in Paris and to my friends and family at home and in the village, bringing the goodvibes and keeping me smiling. Thank you Jamaica for welcoming me into your team and showing me what it means to wear the black, green and gold.
