Birthday celebrations 🎂 Every year on my birthday I like to reflect, because another year older & half way through the year feels like a good temperature check. To see if I’m moving in the direction I want to be (I would encourage you to do the same if you’ve set big goals in 2026). This year I felt extremely reflective for weeks, looking at what I’ve done well/what’s important to me & what I want to do more of or improve. Sharing some reflections for anyone who will benefit: • The quality of the company you keep, community & the people around you is so SO important. Cherish them, cultivate meaningful conversation, tell people how you feel about them (our time on this earth is not guaranteed so don’t take it or them for granted). • Hold yourself to a higher standard if you want more. You don’t get exceptional results without exceptional effort. • There’s no such thing as balance in a growth season, lock TF in. • You can’t manage what you don’t measure, audit & regularly update what is & isn’t working for you. • Whilst pursuing more, don’t forget to give yourself credit for wins along the way and be PRESENT, don’t JUST look forward, be right here now. • Create more than you consume. • Don’t be afraid to dream big or to be misunderstood for wanting more. • Have more fun. Why are we normalising buying things off the gr#y market? Where is the duty of care of influencers speaking from a position of authority on something bypassing traditional consultation/assessment & suitability? What is the long term strategy for change? What impact will this have on younger women seeing this content & feeling pressured to achieve rapid fat loss (without resistance training?!?) because it’s trending?
