Yesterday's run was a 5K at @stemciders in Louisville. Beautiful venue with a breathtaking mountain scene. It's on the top of a hill that overlooks the area. Unfortunately, that means it was a tough hill to end on! But that was the point! Gotta train for the #bolderboulder . Who's going be there?! As always with the @cobreweryrun got to meet new friends including this lovely lady!

I ran a half marathon today. But just on the treadmill, so I'm posting a pic from last week's race. Also posting my daughter. She competed in a race for other elementary kids and crushed it! Just a 100M, but that's where I started!

Yesterday, I had the honor of volunteering at another #5K and experiencing a new #brewery. The course has such an amazing #mountainview . Just a wonderful day of seeing my running friends, drinking beer and meeting new people!

Yesterday was the 3 Creeks #halfmarathon . We came in on time as always! Great way to start #resurection #Sunday. I'll be running for @beastpacing next month at the Colorado (half) Marathon. Who will be there???

Yesterday, I accurately paced the #springequinox #halfmarathon as the 2:15 pacer. It was my second time #running this race. Got 3 Creeks next weekend.

A lot has happened since I last posted. I completed the @RWB #GWOT challenge (more than doubled). I ran a half marathon. I got renewed as an #ambassador for Colorado Brew Run Series, and may have permanently injured my pinky. That's why I'm using an AI pic this time (that didn't turn out well) as I get evaluated. But it's a new year and we just started redhead season. So I hope you all have a great March!

Had a big year in 2025. Won my first #5K at 46. I ran more races than ever before. And I logged an amazing 2,519.2 total miles. Not sure how to to it. But I started by running my longest treadmill run ever!
..... I didn't mean to, but I wanted to watch #strangerthings and it lasted longer than I had intended.
