🍽️ In April 1995, 360 Restaurant replaced Top of Toronto, the original rotating restaurant, to critical acclaim with a newly appointed Chef’s team who would ensure the quality of the cuisine was every bit as spectacular as the view.
🍷 The renovation included a state-of-the-art 9,000 bottle wine cellar which earned themselves a Guiness World Record that still stands true today. The restaurant, which used to be called Top of Toronto has been rotating since 1976. #CNTower50

✨ Dancing back in time at Sparkles ✨
On April 10, the CN Tower’s Main Observation Level transformed back into Sparkles, the legendary nightclub and world’s highest discotheque.
Created as part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, this immersive pop‑up paid tribute to an iconic era of Toronto nightlife, complete with disco balls, retro cocktails and throwback hits.
Hosted by Sparkles’ longest‑running resident DJ, George Andrew, alongside his son @whoisdjshamz the night was pure magic, made even more special by the legendary dancers from the original Sparkles and dazzling looks by @tinkagrim.ca face painters.
As George said, “there were moments you could feel the energy of the original Sparkles. That was magic!”

✨ On a voyagé dans le temps avec Sparkles ✨
Le 10 avril, le Niveau d’observation principal de la Tour CN est redevenu Sparkles, la discothèque légendaire qui était autrefois la plus haute du monde.
Organisé dans le cadre des célébrations du 50e anniversaire de la Tour, notre pop-up Sparkles a rendu hommage à une époque marquante de la vie nocturne torontoise, avec des boules disco, des cocktails rétro et des hits de l’époque.
Animée par George Andrew, un des DJ réguliers de l’époque Sparkles, accompagné de son fils DJ Shamz, la soirée a été purement magique, rendue encore plus spéciale par les danseurs légendaires de la discothèque originale et les looks éblouissants de la maquilleuse TinkaGrim.
Comme l’a dit George : « Il y a eu des moments où l’on pouvait ressentir l’énergie d’avant. C’était magique! »
