The development of this property by Pioneer Church will act as a catalyst for future strategic planning that will sprawl through the surrounding area and provide immediate support to those individuals and businesses located in downtown Memphis. 119 Madison re-imagined. One of the cities most beautiful downtown buildings with eye catching porcelain tiles and large wall to wall windows. The project comes with its own difficult constraints with neighboring easements and access rights agreements. The existing portion of this four story building only has a 660 SF footprint which includes a single original stair and elevator shaft. The proposed addition is to provide support space and areas for modern building systems.

210 E. Jackson Ave. of Downtown Knoxville, Tn will be a six story dual brand SpringHill / TownePlace Suite Hotel. The 175 room Hotel is one part of a three building development that anchors the edge of the recently completed Covenant Health Park. The three part development will act as a Northeast Gateway into the Old City District.
