From the middle of our workshop to Centre Court @wimbledon
We assisted our client with machining a mixture of 2D Plywood and 3D Timber components for the unique umpires chair! We also fabricated the complex timber seat/backrest detail. Chair as featured here with @janniksin during his winning wimbledon final!

Curved cherry handrail and spindle coming together nicely for a current project

Our templates from site have been mocked up on the back wall. These are of the complete under stair space, existing stringer with the new proposed handrail height

Full sized templates are really useful for angled work as work piece angles can be cross checked against the template and drawings throughout the making process

The curved cherry handrail also has to finish at a specific point into the new bottom step
.
A mix of hand making and CNC needed to bring this one to life with plenty of head scratching along the way 🤓📐👌
