Battle Methods with Jita the Believer @jita_the_believer
The class will begin with a 15-minute warm-up, followed by hip-hop exercises to get everyone moving and engaged. After that, students will be paired up to start partner work for the workshop. The main focus will be on how to advance through each round of competition—prelims, top 16, and top 8—while discussing what is appropriate and effective for each stage. If time allows, strategies for the top 4 and finals will also be discussed.
