Big weekend for Lady Lilo! Lilo spent the weekend celebrating her 2nd birthday! This year she grew into the best deck coach, dishwasher, treat eater, jogger and little sister to her two malinois siblings. ❤️🥹
Starting off 2026 race season a little unconventionally, raced back to back weekend half marathons. The second one was not planned. Wild to see what this body can do and grateful for every opportunity 🤗 10 years ago today I was recovering from a broken leg-now stacking race weekends.
Year 3 of triathlon ended in Marbella, Spain!
What a joy it is to find something that continues to challenge me both mentally and physically. Marbella proved to be a challenging course, with a bike segment I would’ve never thought I’d find myself doing 5 years ago. One year with LILO!
A year ago today Athena was out on a walk and on the scent, only to find LILO abandoned in an industrial waste area covered in fleas and starving. After weeks searching for the owner, we adopted her. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect addition ❤️ swipe for the glow up.

Summer of racing mid season recap! Started off the season with a few running races. Completed another two-70.3 Ironman distances. Continuing to learn and conquer my fears. Shoutout to all of my teammates crushing it out there, friends and family for the continued support and @yoderperformance for the continued guidance and fitness!
