we filmed this in the summer of 2022 and now after years of leaving it as a private link, i’ve finally found the balls to share it. the project & overall theme is personal for me & if it’s personal to me, it’ll feel personal for someone else.
if there’s anything I’ve learned since I decided to pursue the arts over a decade ago, it’s that if you create something, the second it’s out in the ether, it doesn’t belong to you anymore & i wasn’t ready to let this go.
so even though i will do everything in my power to tell the fuller version of this world one day (this is a proof of concept), im ready to let this version go & share it.
from the bottom of my heart, i truly appreciate everyone who helped on this. we had zero permits, extremely little resources & money (like less than $9k) yet you all came thru and absolutely delivered for me & im forever grateful to you.
