Today, we’re highlighting two of our student interns who are graduating: Aksh and Jensen.
Aksh, our hardworking Graphics Intern, has been with us since January 2024 and created countless graphics, including signage seen throughout our dining halls, retail locations, and events.
Jensen, our energetic Dining Ambassador, has been with us since September 2025 and helped create many fun videos for our Instagram.
While our chapter with them is coming to a close, we’re so excited for the new chapters ahead of them. Aksh and Jensen, we’ll miss you both!

Gather for the Culture AAHM Edition was hosted Monday, April 27, 2026, in Dine ‘n Connect. Students enjoyed various foods from Southwest Asia and North Africa as well as listening to Arab music.
Squibbles said “quick bite,” and we ended up at Slim Chickens and Freddy’s! 👀😅

We’re wrapping up Earth Month with a Babylon Micro Farm highlight ✨
Ever wondered where the harvest goes when you pass by the Babylon Micro Farm shelves in the dining halls?
You might not realize it, but the they are actually used in our dining halls or by our catering team. One recent example was at our spring-themed event, Impact•Ful, where the microgreens were incorporated into refreshing spring rolls!
