As Mental Health Week comes to a close, we want to thank every staff member, volunteer, partner, and community member who helped make this week meaningful across our region. This year’s theme, Come Together Canada, reminded us that connection, compassion, and community all play an important role in supporting mental health and well-being. Throughout the week, we came together at events, flag raisings, community gatherings, and conversations across Thames Valley to recognize the importance of mental health and addiction care and the strength that comes from supporting one another. At CMHA Thames Valley Addiction & Mental Health Services, we see every day how connection can create hope, reduce isolation, and strengthen communities. Thank you for coming together with us this Mental Health Week. 💚 Here’s a glimpse of how we were connecting during Mental Health Week!
