She’s also our resident soup chef, hosting cozy soup nights that bring everyone together. Studio or kitchen, she creates warmth and connection everywhere she goes — and yes, we will show up for soup. 🥣
💭 Dance to me is movement therapy, exploring disciplines and physical expression, and sometimes it’s just shaking ass with my friends for fun!
💭 What’s your favorite or most memorable moment in FemmeX Season 2?
The shoot day (peak seeing everyone full glam, ready to SERVE) and the holiday party (sharing our personal lives and values in community over food and laughs) were the most lovely and inspiring to me. Y’all have my heart.
💭 What did you learn this season — about dance, yourself, or your personal growth?
Even when life takes over, dance (and particularly the FemmeX team) will always be there to help recenter myself, take care of my body and mind, and make even the hardest day just a little bit better. Learning with and working on creative projects with friends is so insanely rewarding and I’m already looking forward to more. Cheers to another season!

brazil! running through rio 🏝️🏃🏻♀️💨
after 25 hours of travel we got slightly more than a day in rio and we blazed through the city ~ tiny hearts at a cloudy christ the redeemer, walking up all the selaron steps, insane library that felt like we were in hogwarts, stained glass conical cathedral, sunset and drinks at the beach, surprise complimentary bug spray from one of our dinners and never ending wine and a delightful scallop chestnut bite at another! we also had our car stopped at gunpoint buuut we made it to the airport safe and sound with only a super cool and casual panic attack 😮💨
