My good friend Alex Fish agreed to do his first ever fire stunt on night out celebrating his 30th birthday. He was a complete natural and this will be the start of his stuntman career. It felt amazing to shoot a project back in Wiltshire and a big thanks to everyone who made it happen.

Going into bizz with British director @clovertom - Partiboi69 has seriously scaled up production for ‘Double Drop’, combining Tom’s high-octane cinematography with some dizzyingly disorientating digital VFX.
“We drew inspiration from all sorts of places” explains Tom “…classic news clips, The Matrix, old effects in Jamiroquai videos, The Prodigy, a seedy hotel near where I lived, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Human Traffic. The pills aren’t real, but the process of making them was identical to making actual ones.”
and it’s that kind of commitment to authenticity that’s landed them a feature this week, and almost in jail.
“I accidentally left a bag full of the 69 fake pills in the drawer of a piece of furniture I was moving overseas to my new home” explains Partiboi69 “The authorities found it and thought they were real and it’s been a huge f@&#ing saga over the past few weeks dealing with the police and trying to clear my name”
“I had to send proof that they were fake... we are all on lists now.” adds Tom “but you can’t keep a good horse down, go watch the video that almost got us locked up in international waters.”
