The new spring menu @clover.dining definitely hits some delicious spots #yum 😛😍💗 . They are currently doing some Floriade cocktail specials which look good but taste even better 🥂. From the menu, we tried:

The highlights for us was the octopus, steak and the linguine! We can’t wait to go back for some more of that octopus 🐙

@clover.dining has released a new seasonal menu.
We headed in to check it out, and you should believe the hype. Every plate was layered with skill and was super balanced, you can tell there’s a lot of thought behind each creation.
The Burrata was a highlight…. creamy and light, paired with oxheart tomato and orange blossom honey. The Grilled Scallop with cashew jalapeño emulsion was rich yet fresh, and the Yuzu Eggplant brought an unexpected brightness that tied everything together.
The Poached Com fed Chicken Breast was perfectly tender with that miso butter richness, and the Cauliflower with sesame glaze and pomegranate added a vibrant, earthy contrast.
We wrapped up with Gelato (raspberry and lemon) simple, smooth and the perfect finish.
@clover.dining new menu is refined, thoughtful, and seriously delicious.

@clover.dining located at the bottom of the @thesebelcanberracivic needs to be on your go to list. If you’ve already been there’s a few new takes on the menu and menu item for you to try.
This was our third time visiting (trust us, it’s delicious) and won’t be the last. The restaurant blends traditional Italian cuisine with Japanese influences often referred to as Wafu Style and the flavours of the dishes were unreal. It’s honestly hard to pick a favourite because everything was delicious.
They also have a mean express lunch available and cute @floriade_australia themed cocktails, so pop on in next time you’re in the city.

Starting with a cocktail designed especially for her, the meal includes three starters (Agrodolce Burrata, Royal Red Prawn Carpaccio and Shiitake Ravioli) followed by her choice of main – Confit Duck Maryland or Swordfish with Sicilian Caponata, served alongside Sage Mashed Potato and Furikake Caesar Salad.
