While making this, I realised that as a junior photographer, I don’t post much of my work — not because I’m not proud, but because I hold myself to such high standards that I get frustrated when the results aren’t “perfect.”
This year, I’m choosing softness over pressure.
I’m posting more. I’m showing up. I’m opening doors to the spaces I dream of being part of.
I hope this reel won’t go unnoticed, because I will get there.
There’s no better way to feel part of our generation’s diaspora than by capturing it through festivals, rollerskating jams, painting sessions, and everything that celebrates sound, movement, and culture.

Countless significant moments along this journey this year alone and we just warmzing.
From going abroad to do music, to curating some of the sickest parties in London to hosting and working with my favourite and the best artists in the industry, we just getting started. Grateful to have secured residencies across 2 of the most influential underground radio stations @moderadio.london and @subtleradio and now ZENG is just getting started on @blooplondon - big blessings. Remember this is all independent work.
Again, countless moments to reflect on. This lifestyle and life generally has its challenges but extremely grateful for music to have been a central grounding force in my life to keep me focused and locked in despite the challenges we don’t portray on social media. To be alive alone is a blessing, but to do what you love is a blessing above that.

We have an incredibly big line up for our next event; Channel ZENG 🍊 which is going to explore the realms of UK underground music through to world club sounds from Amapiano to Baile Funk, Afrobeats and soulful R&B to Hip-Hop and much more. 2 rooms. Some very big shenanigans!
