A week in music
1. Playing if you want me to stay with Mik Pyro, Trevor Keogh and Ian McFarlane in honour of the late Sly Stone. RIP.
2. My mam helped me make a new handle for my flight case.
3. Tracking guitar for my anti apartheid anthem 'Split Man' inspired by my journey to Palestine in 2014.
4. Marina picked up some strings for me because sheās the best. Very important.
5. Working on Sugaboooās next hit āsznā.
6. Playing 'Before The Rain' with Eoin Glackin.
7. Played my annual bass fill. Woo!
8. Collected an old Israeli fuzz pedal which I brought back from Palestine, Moose repaired, will be used on another song inspired by the trip.
9. Flew to the Netherlands to play in Enschede with Sweet Jayne.
10. Jayne gave me a trad lesson by a lake.
11. Warming up on the way to the gig. Very important.
12. Playing The Sailors Bonnet with Sweet Jayne.
13. Had breakfast in Frank and Charlie, Enschede.
14. We shot a music video by a windmill.
15. I had an hour to kill in Amsterdam before the flight home.
