I will say it has been a rough week of music for me. These past weeks I've been pushing the professional music boundaries hard, and It's been super discouraging. Moving up in the music world feels like climbing an endless mountain. It constantly feels like you're not getting anywhere despite the endless time commitment. I have been considering refocusing my life on a more financial pursuit so I can ensure my and my families future, but the prospect is pretty sad considering how much time I've put into music. Anyone else having these struggles? It's certainly rough out in the real world. I'll just keep searching for my light through the clouds. Thanks to everyone for the likes and comments as always. Soon, the space between us will cease and we will be one. And an ocean of yearning and imagining and craving will at once evaporate and transform..
Into skies of mulit-colored fireworks, finger-painting the canvas’ of our hearts,
Into a galaxy of grace waltzing at the intersection of our lips,
Into an atomic eruption of irresistible feeling, bursting forth from our inevitable touch..

Super pleased to say Cloud Heist has now expanded into a trio with a bassist and cellist. We have our first official performance at Mojo's on the 4th - it's gonna be the bees knees.
Finding a band has always been a tricky venture, with competing musical visions and such. But Nick and Albert allow me to be my genuine kleptomaniac, egocentric, flamboyant, pyromaniacal self. So grateful. 👏
