To succeed in attracting new talents J&J had to shift perceptions from a traditional corporation to an innovative healthcare leader. Together with Israel Women’s Network we launched ‘Hidden Portraits’, a nationwide OOH campaign featuring what seems like a mosaic portrait of international actor Tsahi Halevi made out of thousands of female portraits defaced over the past decade. In collaboration with By The Network, Blue Oyster, and ACW-Grey Israel.
