We capture weddings across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Northern NSW. We’re here to make this whole being on camera thing feel relaxed and effortlessly fun, no matter if you love a selfie, your partner hates the idea of being on camera, or you’re both terrified of being the centre of attention. Hey, so… We love Gabbinbar. We also love Soph and Andy. Two weirdly specific but very lovely things we hear a lot: ‘I showed some people at work our wedding gallery and they said it felt like they were there!’ orrrr ‘I had to book you guys because my friend from work went to a wedding you shot and she showed me the wedding gallery and it felt like I was there’ How lovely is that?! That’s mission accomplished as far as we’re concerned! We love doing the beautiful couple portraits yeah, but it’s all the photos of your family and friends, the shots of the two of you just soaking it alllll in, your grandparents dressed in their finest outfits looking so proud for the family photos, the sneaky candids of you catching up with family and friends that you don’t even notice us taking… ahh we could go on and on! Having two of us studio photographers on the cameras all day and night builds a really vivid story of your day… or your friend-of-a-friend-from-work’s day, that take you right back there, or at least make you feel like you were very much a part of some not-so-distant stranger’s wedding! Cass and Sam told us from the very start: they just wanted a big party full of love with their favourite people. Their Braeside Estate wedding delivered on that brief in the most magnificent way possible 🥹 Although this wasn’t our first wedding for Cass’ family (and we freakin’ LOVE a lil’ wedding day family reunion!) This was, if you can even believe it, our very first time at Braeside Estate and we are absolutely blown away by how STUNNING this property is! We kept looking at each other like... how is this real life?! So, what happens after the magnificent confetti bit? We do some family photos (we work with you two to make sure we have a solid list before the day so this bit doesn’t feel tedious and stressful in the moment). Then we sneak off for some beautiful portraits in the good light, then we get you back to the party! If you feel good in the moment, the photos are gonna look good, and those feelings will come flooding back every time you look at your photos for years to come. That’s the goal!
