A portrait from my days at College. All my energy back then was get work published. My tutor told me if I didn't focus on the course projects I'd fail my A level and not get a job as a photographer. He was right about the first one. I should have listened to him and if I had my time again, I'd find a way to pass that qualification.

I've only photographed gymnastics once and that was in Manchester at the Commonwealth Games 2002. I'd no idea what I was doing, but thankfully Craig Heap did and it was great to capture him picking up a gold medal. I still his words when I asked him to kiss that medal.:)
