Sooo, I recently started using ClickUp Brain + Agents to help with one of those tiny admin tasks that mysterious multiplies when I look away: exec receipts.
I created a ClickUp form so my exec can submit their receipts easily whether they’re at their desk, on their phone, traveling, or somewhere between airport coffee and questionable Wi-Fi.
Before, I’d usually have to go back in later, review the submission, pull the right details, and rename the receipt so it matched our filing process -- but now, ClickUp Brain has taken that part on for me.
Even if I’m away from my desk, I can check in from my phone and see that the receipt has been submitted, named, and organized without needing to manually handle every little step myself.
It saves me so much time and makes one of my many repetitive admin tasks a lot less annoying. Tiny workflow win and a big “thank goodness I don’t have to remember this later” energy.
I just discovered something inside ClickUp that completely changed how I manage my clients' projects and I had to show you immediately. 👀

I saw in my feed a post on the “one-person business” and how back in the day that wasn’t possible, but because of AI it now is
And I love that the doors for solopreneurs have opened (I have my thoughts on the ethics of this with AI data centers, another post for another day)
But what I’m not seeing talked about is how with every technical evolution…the bar for output rises
Saturation levels in an industry increases
What worked for content needs to evolve
And the future might require more prompting but human willpower and capacities are still going to be what they are
You might not be the one creating the post, but you still are the final eye balls on it if you care about your brand & clients
You might not be the one sending the customer support messages, but you still need someone making sure AI doesn’t hallucinate with the clients who made the decision to work with you
The bar is raised, it’s just different work
That’s why I built my business in @clickup ❤️
I have an online business that can grow with AI super agents AND real humans who are helping to grow this business alongside me
I don’t want to be “on” everyday
I need breaks without worrying workload piling up
I’m a Fractional COO and business systems mentor and even I don’t want to be making every micro decision in my business and checking for hallucinations/re-prompting all day
….this is where building your business with people too is not something to bypass ❤️
Can’t imagine most coaches and creatives who started their business for time freedom and to help people in an area they are skilled at want zero days off
