@linchpinfunnels spent two decades climbing the corporate software ladder before walking away to become a funnel builder. He helped hundreds of entrepreneurs migrate from ClickFunnels Classic to 2.0, built his reputation as the linchpin guy, and thought he was done with software forever. Then one call with Dave Woodward in Italy changed everything. Dave told him to build something with AI, and James had an epiphany: He could create the automated funnel monitoring tool he'd been thinking about for years, but this time without hiring a team of developers. AI bridged the gap between his old skills and the current landscape, and within months he'd shipped a product that checks funnels for speed, correctness, dead links, and invisible revenue leaks. In this episode, James breaks down how he's using Claude, the Model Context Protocol to pull Meta ad data into AI sessions, why ClickFunnels will always be the backend infrastructure even if front ends change, and why the future of funnel building isn't about replacement but speed and iteration. Comment '810' and we'll send you the link for the episode 🚀

@russellbrunson came up with the "Hook-Story-Offer" framework almost a decade ago 🫨 and it still works wonders. Most funnels fail because the order is wrong. Three sequences that break it: ❌ 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆-𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 The story is relatable, strong and easy to connect with. But without a hook to set up the promise, people don’t know why it matters… or where it’s going. ❌ 𝗛𝗼𝗼𝗸 → 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 Scroll-stopping headline → straight to the offer. It grabs attention… but skips the relationship. Russell talks a lot about the attractive character for a reason: People buy from people they trust. No story = no trust bridge. ❌ 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 Leading with the product, trying to close fast. No hook → no attention No story → no trust So the “fastest” approach becomes the hardest one. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵: → Hook earns attention → Story builds belief → Offer converts Simple, but only when the order is right.

This should NOT be a hot take: Your customers will tell you exactly what to build. They'll tell you what's missing, what's confusing and what they'd pay double for. You just need to listen more. Pay attention to your DMs, reviews, support chats, etc. That's how the best funnels get built and how the best offers sell. Comment 804 to listen to the full episode 🎙

The beauty of a sales letter funnel? Pre-built architecture. You set it up once, and it runs on its own. Every path is decided in advance, so the funnel routes each customer through the next step automatically, based on their own choices. They buy → an upsell is waiting. They pass → a downsell catches them. Have you tried this one?

You've been told funnels convert better. But has anyone ever told you *why* that's true? Here's the answer 👇 Funnels work because they’re built around human behavior. Before any purchase, your brain runs through the same questions: "𝘋𝘰 𝘐 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴? 𝘋𝘰 𝘐 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘸? 𝘏𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘦?" Funnels are engineered to answer those questions at every single step. They anticipate how people think, what makes them hesitate, and what moves them forward. And when your funnel is aligned with how people actually think? Conversion stops being a struggle. Swipe through the 5 triggers behind every funnel that converts 👉

What if you could sell a product before you ever bought it? Trey had flashlights gathering dust in a closet. He listed them at $12 on a funnel, buying them for $5 on Amazon. They sold. He kept raising the price: $25, $35, $45, then $56. At $56, while Amazon sold the same flashlight for $5, he moved over 500,000 units in two and a half months. His full playbook is on the new episode of ClickFunnels Radio. Comment 809 to listen to it👇

Fun fact: in real estate, higher floors usually come with higher price tags 🏢 Groundbreaking, we know. But, here’s the part that actually matters: the same thing happens in business. Every level up costs more - more strategy, more skill, more of the right knowledge at the right time. The difference is, you can't just take the elevator… 𝘜𝘯𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 you come to FHL, learn exactly how the best entrepreneurs are using AI right now and basically skip a few floors 😎 Seats are almost gone. The people filling them are already moving up. Comment FHL and grab yours 🎟

“Just one last tiny change…” It’s always more than a tiny change. But that funnel needs to go live. So breathe, fix it, ship it - repeating "I love my job, I love my job, I love my job"

Someone DMs you at 11pm on a Friday asking how your offer works. You answer. Because if you don't, they'll go somewhere else. At first, you don’t mind. You're hands-on, you're building relationships, you know your customers by name. But eventually you can't step away without that nagging feeling… “If I'm not there, the sale won't happen.” That's the trap nobody warns you about when you start a business. Every sale runs through you. And the moment you step away, it shows. A funnel breaks that cycle. Swipe to see how 👉
