Last week, @clfnetwork members and guests volunteered for @schoolgardenproject 's famous Flannel Ball! We had a ball ourselves helping them to celebrate their 25th year of operation in Lane County.
School Garden Project empowers children through hands-on learning in science, food cultivation, and stewardship of garden ecosystems. They partner with schools in the 4J, Springfield, Junction City, and Bethel districts, teaching kids all about how to grow their own food. CLF Network is always excited to work with them, whether through volunteering for their flannel-themed gala, granting funds for their essential programs, or cleaning up garden beds.

On Tuesday @clfnetwork was joined by Past President @howesjesse . Jesse joined us for our annual kickoff of Children's Charity Raffle. He shared his secrets to selling raffle ticket books and mixed in some stories from all of his years in the organization. We appreciate the tradition of Jesse helping kick off the project!

Last week, @clfnetwork members and guests laced up our hiking boots and took on some trails at Mount Pisgah! It was a beautiful day to meet some new friends and enjoy the scenery at the peak. One group enjoyed the sunset at the top while another hiked over to the swing spot to catch the sunset there. Some dog friends joined us as well, and we caught a glimpse of a deer along one of the trails!
Thank you to everyone who came out and hiked with us! This is quickly becoming an annual tradition, and we hope to set up another hike soon, so stay tuned in case you missed this first one ☀️

The 2026 CLF Networks Children’s Charity Raffle is officially live!!! 🎉
From May 1st through June 12th, every ticket purchased helps support children in our community, while giving you the chance to win some incredible prizes.
A huge thank you to the amazing local businesses and people who generously donated to make this raffle possible. Your support truly makes a difference. This year we are giving away over $6,200 worth of prizes.

Last night, @clfnetwork members had a blast volunteering for the Edgewood Elementary Carnival! This project always makes us smile, getting to hang out with families and play carnival games with kids. It’s a great chance to connect with our community and support educational opportunities for children in the area.
This project is just one of over 25 single-day staffing requests we fulfill throughout the year, in addition to running our own Core Projects (thanks to everyone who said hi to us at Duck Pen today 🏈), fundraising, and allocating grants to nonprofits supporting children’s causes in Lane County. We like to keep busy, and we’re always looking for more members to take on more projects, so reach out today if you’d like to join us and make lifelong friends along the way! ✨

At Tuesday’s dinner meeting, @clfnetwork members and guests went head to head in a mini trivia game run by our very own Simon! We also welcomed several of our recently voted-in members!
Among the many jobs and volunteerism Simon takes on, he’s also the creator and host of The Toss Up, a fast-paced, game-show-style podcast that brings guests together for trivia, puzzles, and friendly competition. Proceeds made from the podcast go to local Oregon charities! Members and guests at our meeting got a glimpse into how one of his podcasts works, with the winners getting extra tickets to win some of our raffle prizes.
Simon is also one of our chairs for this year’s Duck Pen, a large project that brings in thousands of dollars for CLF Network to give back to local nonprofits helping children in the community. We’ll be at the spring game this Saturday, raising money by parking your bikes, bags, and strollers so you can enjoy the game! Join us for Duck Pen Bike Valet & Tailgate - Spring Game 2026!

Aside from all the projects CLF Network members tackle, we get together for some fun socials! A few weeks ago, we were at Round 1 for a karaoke night 🎤 From rock to Disney to pop and more, our members belted out some tunes and cheered each other on. Our next Hiking Social with CLF Network! will take us up Mt Pisgah to watch the sunset. Then in May, we're stopping by The Hippie Closet for a tie-dye party!

Hiding thousands of eggs is easy when you love the organization you're working with and you get perfect weather! ☀️
We had the best time hiding those thousands of eggs we stuffed days earlier for the Candlelighters Mid Willamette Valley egg hunt. Perfect weather, special guests (shoutout to the Bunny and the Rooster!), and a field full of surprises for some very incredible kids and families.
Nothing beats the joy of this annual partnership. Year after year, Candlelighters inspires us with the work they do—thanks for letting us help you bring the fun! 🌷✨
