Spaces still available on our Creative Connections Wellbeing walks. The first one was a really fabulous success and we can't wait to welcome more people up to the Common to explore, enjoy and connect. Everyone is welcome. We can tailor the sessions to individual needs and the pace is slow and steady with lots of stops. If you would like to join us please book on. And if you know someone who might benefit then please share these with them. Thank you. Link to details and booking in our bio. #CleeveCommon #CleeveCommonTrust #CleeveCommonTrustEvents #WellbeingWalks #NatureConnection #WildArt #PutYourselfFirst @asamandadraws

Last month it was an absolute pleasure to work with @cotswoldsnl to support a group of students on work experience from @thehighschoolleckhampton and Sir Thomas Rich's School They reported the day spent with our Conservation Officer Giles as a highlight! They worked in our heather plots to help with regeneration there, and also did some water quality testing. As an added bonus they even saw and adder. All the students were brilliant and we wish them all well with their futures. #CleeveCommon #CleeveCommonTrust #PartnershipWorking #Cotswolds #ConservationCareer #SupportingYoungPeople

As the #bluebells go over in most places now, they are in full glory in Wardens' Wood. If you go to find them, follow the waymarked route through the woods to find the best patches. The loop is about a mile long so great for a short stroll. There are benches along the route should you need a rest. And no sheep their either so four legged friends welcome. #CleeveCommon #cleevecommontrust #cleevecommonwalk

Sheep will be in Cleeve Common from first light tomorrow (Tuesday 5th May) Both ewes and lambs will be up, so please give them space to get used to their new home. All dogs must be in short leads around livestock. Remember the laws have now changed and livestock worrying is a more serious crime.

Congratulations to @robtrinder who won our photography competition with this image to be our cover image for the new visitor leaflet which is available to pick up from @cleevehillgolfcourse or a Ranger if you see them out and about. We loved the picture as it captured both the Twins and the Lone Beech, our iconic Cleeve Common trees, plus the light gives it a bit of a magical feel. Thank you so much to everyone who sent in a photo for consideration. We had so many gorgeous shots! #CleeveHill #CleeveCommonTrust #LoneTree #LoneBeech #CleeveCommon #PhotographyCompetitionWinner

We are now getting regular sightings of #adders out and about on the Common. These protected snakes have found Cleeve Common to be the perfect haven for them to thrive. When nationality numbers are declining they seem to be doing really well here, and we're delighted! Keep yourselves and dogs safe from their venomous bite by sticking to main paths and away from scrub edges. If you see one just give it some room and quietly move on. They are not aggressive snakes and will prefer to slither away from anything that has disturbed them. Image Credit @angelagregory1963 thank you for sending it in #CleeveCommon #CleeveHill #CleeveCommonTrust #ukwildlife #Adder #limestonegrassland

🌿 Great to support inclusive wellbeing on Cleeve Common 🌿 Today I was delighted to hand over a £1,000 Grassroots Neighbourhood Fund cheque to Nicole Daw of Cleeve Common Trust to support their Creative Connections Wellbeing Walks. The project builds on the fantastic new accessible Tramper Trail — a two‑mile route with rest points, suitable for mobility scooters, buggies and anyone who needs a gentler walk. The free wellbeing walks combine nature, creativity and connection, with local artist Amanda Steer who leads the activities with a strong focus on inclusion and mental wellbeing. A wonderful example of local funding helping people feel welcome, supported and connected 💚🎨 #CommunityWellbeing #InclusionMatters #CleeveCommon #Accessibility #GrassrootsFunding
