This is was accepting defeat looks like…
People manipulating the system being ok just because they don’t do the extreme worse case scenario. Nobody coming to save US is so clear when we see this happen. It’s time we stand up for our space and gain our respect back
What are you willing to change in order to get over the roadblocks and obstacles you’re facing?
We know the challenges are going to be there, we just decide to adjust and build a bridge over it.
Might take time, but it’s worth it
Shoutout to @damionjadonne for stepping up when we couldn’t do this by ourselves. A community leader showing that we as individuals are powerful, not just individually but together as a unit.
He combined his activist work with his landscaping business and completely transformed this lot in 30 minutes!
This is what it’s all about! All of us taking ownership in our communities.

As we turn a new chapter into the 100+ day mark on this journey… we have to start thinking strategically… does it make sense to spend another 1.5 weeks on this lot to cut the grass with our weed wackers (knowing we need stronger equipment) or do we call in for help…
