3. dust from top to bottom: light fixtures, vents, surfaces, shelves
4. clean the shower screens

8. disinfect light switches, door handles and other touch points

10 laundry tips for beginners 🎀🌸🧺🫧 I’ve written everything below if it’s easier for you to read here 🫶🏼
1. Always check the pockets to avoid tissues, coins and lip balms ruining your laundry and damaging your machine
2. Sort your laundry by colour and fabric type to prevent colour transfer + pilling and help everything wash properly
3. Wash towels and bedding separately from other clothes to avoid lint and rough friction
4. Close zippers before washing to prevent snagging and damage to your clothes and your machine
5. Turn clothes inside out to prevent fading and pilling
6. Don’t overuse detergent to avoid residue buildup and bad smells
7. Replace fabric softener with white vinegar to soften clothes naturally and remove odors
8. Soak white socks in warm water with oxi powder to make them white again - I soak mine for an hour and then wash normally and dry in the sun
9. Clean your dryer lint trap after every use to help clothes dry faster and keep your dryer working properly
10. Clean your washing machine monthly to prevent bad smells and keep laundry fresh
