This delicious Green Olive & Basil Pesto is seriously addictive. Thanks to @cle_ann chef and food stylist, for adding this to our Mount Zero recipe collection on the website. Our pitted green olives paired with arbequina extra virgin olive oil combined with lemon make this pesto sing. It has a depth of flavour that will have you dreaming about it for days…we enjoyed ours with @island.pasta spelt fusilli and of course extra olives 🫒

Two oils, endless possibilities. 🫒
@cle_ann puts our Delicate EVOO to work on some slow-cooked confit garlic, as its soft, buttery texture and delicate flavour is perfect for confiting. She then levels things up with @backhaus_bakery ’s olive sourdough, cavolo nero, pine nuts, parmesan and a bold glug of our Classic EVOO for an open sandwich that’s sure to steal the show!

It was an honour to cook for such kind, beautiful people, celebrating a meaningful moment in their stunning new space.
It was one of those jobs where everything just clicked - the setting, the food, the laughter, the moments in between.
So grateful to have fired up the grill and worked on this dream cook. There’s nothing quite like the flavour that grill brings. (If you know, you know.)
The spread came together with help from some favourites - fougasse from @backhaus_bakery , seafood from @gempierseafood , and a dreamy cheese @calendar_cheese .
And doing it all with my mum, @dsdimsim - the ultimate prep queen, co-cook and support system - made it all the more special. We love cooking together and days like this remind me why we do it.

@cle_ann has outdone herself with this one: Taverna-Style Pearl Barley with Pipis and Charred Peppers. Seriously, this might be our new favourite!
Finished with fresh oregano and a drizzle of our Chilli Pressed EVOO, it’s a modern coastal bowl with deep Greek roots — simple, soulful and built to share.
