✨ Community Partner Spotlight: Classroom Central ✨ We’re proud to continue our partnership with Classroom Central, an organization dedicated to equipping teachers and students in under-resourced schools with the tools they need to succeed. During the 2025–2026 League year, our members packed more than 1,000 supply bags and supported the restocking of the Free Store—efforts that translated into thousands of dollars in additional free resources for local students in six Charlotte-region districts —CMS, Gaston County, Iredell-Statesville, Union County, City of Kannapolis, and Lancaster County, South Carolina. Together, we’re helping ensure every child has access to the supplies they need to learn and thrive. 💙 👉To learn more about Classroom Central, visit their website at the link in our bio. #JLC #JLCharlotte #JLCturns100 #JLCentennial

Big smiles and big gratitude in Gaston County NC 💙📚 We were excited to receive a generous check from the @cfgaston , Inc. during a Mobile Free Store visit in Gaston County! This support brings free classroom supplies directly to local teachers every month - making it easier for gastoncoschools educators to get the resources they need for their students, close to home. Last year alone, Classroom Central served 721 Gaston County teachers with more than $1,548,905 in free classroom supplies. 💛 We are so thankful to the Gaston Community Foundation for investing in local teachers and students and helping this impact continue to grow.

Last Tuesday, more than 400 business, community, and education leaders gathered at Color a Brighter Future at Bojangles Coliseum to celebrate and support teachers across our region. What they heard was a powerful reminder of why supporting teachers matters - not only for students and classrooms, but for the strength of our entire community. It was a message that moved the room to its feet to Stand Up for Teachers. Watch and experience the moment for yourself. 💛 LINK IN BIO!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! 🍎💜 We started the week with @classroomcentral raising money to help ensure teachers have the supplies they need for students to thrive and today we had the opportunity to volunteer in the @classroomcentral store alongside educators preparing their classrooms and supporting their students. Our teachers do so much with so little. Appreciation should be more than words. It should look like action, investment, and community support. If you’re looking for a way to support educators this week, consider donating supplies, volunteering your time, or simply asking a teacher what they need most. Small acts make a big difference. Let’s continue showing up for the people showing up for our kids every single day. 🍎✏️📚 #TeacherAppreciationWeek #ClassroomCentral #SupportTeachers

Today is Teacher Appreciation Day 💛 Behind every lesson + every breakthrough… there’s a teacher making it happen. But appreciation isn’t just about what teachers give, it’s about recognizing what they carry. This morning at Color a Brighter Future, our community became the students… and listened. Heard what today’s classrooms really demand. Felt why it matters. Because when you hear it firsthand, you don’t just appreciate teachers… you understand. 🎥 Listen to just a part of what was learned today. #StandUpForTeachers

Teacher Appreciation Day is tomorrow and the final preparations for Color a Brighter Future are underway . This is more than a thank you, this is a moment to stand up for the people shaping every future in our community. On Tuesday morning, we’ll hear directly from teachers, what today’s classrooms look like, what they’re navigating, and what makes the biggest difference for their students. Because when we understand what teachers need…we understand how to show up for them. We can't wait to share more with you tomorrow - /color-a-brighter-future/ #TeacherAppreciation #ColorABrighterFuture #ClassroomCentral

Testing season is here and classrooms are running low on one of the most essential supplies: loose leaf paper. If you have extra at home or your office has reams sitting in a supply closet, this is a SIMPLE way to make an IMMEDIATE impact. Donate paper or view the full list of needed items: /donate-school-supplies/ Extra credit: SHARE with a friend. #ClassroomSupplies #StudentSupport #EducationMatters

It’s not just pencils and paper… it’s the moments that make learning come alive. 🌈✨ From bright incentives to small rewards, these are the items teachers reach for to spark joy, celebrate progress, and build real connections with their students. Because when a classroom feels engaging, students show up differently. These “extras” aren’t extra at all. They’re essential to creating vibrant learning experiences for local students. 💛 Teachers, these are waiting for you in the Free Store. Local businesses, those extra notebooks, water bottles, stress balls, and employee swag can make a real difference in a classroom. Donate the fun stuff and turn everyday lessons into moments students remember. #TeacherResources #StudentEngagement #EducationMatters

Our volunteers make the impossible - possible. 💙 THANK YOU, you don’t just keep things moving, you make teachers feel welcome, seen, and supported. And that feeling carries back to their students. They notice. They tell us. And we feel it too. We’re so grateful for how you show up and all that you do. #StandUpForTeachers #VolunteerAppreciation #ClassroomCentral #PencilsToPossibilities https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjCS3PC

Birdies for Good is one of the simplest ways to support local teachers, with a little fun mixed in. You don’t need to know golf. You don’t need to get it right. You just need to take a guess. For $20, you make a guess at how many birdies will be scored during the Truist Championship taking place at Quail Hollow Club May 6-10. That’s it. Not sure what to pick? Ask a friend. Ask Google. Ask AI. Or just trust your gut. ⛳ Take your best shot. Support teachers today. Link in bio!

The most important supply in any classroom is an experienced, supported educator. 💛 Ignite Your Why was all about reconnecting teachers with the joy and purpose behind what they do every day, through connection, reflection, and a little time to recharge. Thank you to the incredible volunteers and supporters who made this experience possible, and to every educator who showed up for yourself and your students. We’re so glad you were there. Because when teachers are supported, students, and our whole community, thrive. #TeacherSupport #ClassroomCommunity #EducationMatters #SupportTeachers
