315 #benchpress for 2 singles 405x3x3 on squats Bodyweight 200lb Strength is going up💪💪 Made a few tweaks to my training routine, including allowing for more rest in between sessions. The weight has started moving better on all the major lifts so we'll continue on this path. My next goal is a 585lb deadlift - 6 plates.
