585lb deadlift (6 plates) for my new all time PR 💪💪💪
This milestone felt really good.
I've been working towards this goal for months and today my warmups felt great, so I went for it and got it!
Weighed in at 201lb this morning so I have more work to do to get to my next goal which is a triple bodyweight deadlift.

Made a few tweaks to my training routine, including allowing for more rest in between sessions.
The weight has started moving better on all the major lifts so we'll continue on this path.
My next goal is a 585lb deadlift - 6 plates. Should be achievable before the end of the summer.
