Yesterday a yoghurt cup, today a #CERAMIN floor, tomorrow a suitcase.
CERAMIN was developed in such a way that it is fully recyclable and can thus be fully integrated into the circular economy. This is because CERAMIN consists of natural mineral fillers and a polymer based on polypropylene (PP), more than two-thirds of which is already recycled material. This includes, for example, packaging from the food sector such as a yoghurt pot. By using it in CERAMIN, the recycled material is upcycled into a high-quality product with a long service life. And even after its life cycle, CERAMIN is recyclable. It can be reused either in a new flooring product or outside the flooring industry, for example to make garden furniture or suitcases.

CERAMIN wurde so entwickelt, dass es vollständig recycelbar ist und somit vollständig in die Kreislaufwirtschaft integriert werden kann. Denn CERAMIN besteht aus natürlichen mineralischen Füllstoffen und einem Polymer auf Basis von Polypropylen (PP), das bereits zu mehr als zwei Dritteln aus recyceltem Material besteht. Dazu gehören zum Beispiel Verpackungen aus dem Lebensmittelbereich wie ein Joghurtbecher. Durch den Einsatz in CERAMIN wird das Recyclingmaterial zu einem hochwertigen Produkt mit langer Lebensdauer upgecycelt. Und auch nach seinem Lebenszyklus ist CERAMIN recycelbar. Es kann entweder in einem neuen Bodenbelagsprodukt oder außerhalb der Bodenbelagsindustrie wiederverwendet werden, zum Beispiel zur Herstellung von Gartenmöbeln oder Koffern.
