This is one of the most important new hotel openings globally! Our team worked so hard, 7 days a week to make this happen and we are so proud of them! On Friday, Oct. 3, city officials and community members came together to celebrate the grand opening of Ocean Terrace Park — a stunning new 5-acre oceanfront park in Miami Beach. Constructed under a development agreement between the City of Miami Beach and Ocean Terrace Holdings, and designed by Raymond Jungles Inc. with construction by Recreational Design & Construction, Inc. (RDC), the park features a multilevel pedestrian promenade, lush landscaping, water features, and vibrant public spaces.
👏 Special recognition to Sandor Scher, whose vision helped transform this stretch of oceanfront asphalt into a world-class public amenity that will be enjoyed for generations.
This project marks a key step in the transformational resurgence of North Beach.
