Recently, some of our teammates hit the ice in Edmonton for the Hockey Helps the Homeless tournament.
The team battled hard, finishing with 1 win in 3 games, but more importantly, stayed injury-free and raised an incredible $16,650 in support of a great cause. In total, the tournament raised $310,000 for local organizations working to end homelessness, including @themustardseedyeg , @KidsKottageyeg , and @Jpwcyeg .
A highlight of the day was skating alongside former NHLer Matt Fraser, and facing off against former NHL player and current Edmonton Oilers scout, Zack Kassian.
Clark Builders was proud to sponsor the May 1 event, which made a meaningful impact in the community.
A big shoutout to @HockeyHelpsca and to everyone who participated and supported the team’s fundraising efforts.

Safety is at the core of what we do at Clark Builders. This Construction Safety Week, our teams have been demonstrating what it means to be All In Together.
Across our sites, we’ve taken time for meaningful conversations and gatherings, reflecting on what safety means and how we show up for one another. By fostering care, respect, and awareness, we continue to strengthen a culture where everyone has the tools, knowledge, and support to make safe decisions.
Thank you to our leaders, field teams, and trade partners for putting people first. Safety isn’t just a checklist—it’s a mindset we live every day through active caring, consistent action, and a shared responsibility.

As the Advancing Preconstruction 2026 conference wraps up in Phoenix, we’ve been glad to be part of the conversation alongside leaders from across North America.

From navigating market volatility and cost pressures to advancing estimating and early-stage coordination, the discussions reinforced the importance of strengthening project certainty and delivering greater value in an increasingly complex environment.
We’re leaving energized by the insights shared and the opportunity to connect with others shaping the future of preconstruction.

Ground has officially been broken on the Pigeon Lake Cultural Centre for the Maskwacis Cree Tribal Council.
Designed by @l7architecture_inc , the vision for this centre began with a simple sketch – capturing the spirit of collaboration, cultural pride, and a shared future.
Building on our work delivering Nipisihkopahk Cultural Hall for Samson Cree Nation, this project reflects strong relationships across the community and a shared commitment moving forward.
Members from Pigeon Lake shared their input on the hall name and firepit design – helping shape a space that reflects their vision.
We’re honoured to support this meaningful project, continuing a trusted partnership and helping create a space that celebrates culture, strengthens connection, and reflects community pride.

April 28 marks the National Day of Mourning—a time to remember those who have been injured or lost their lives due to workplace incidents, and to reflect on the responsibility we all share to protect one another.
At Clark Builders, safety remains at the core of everything we do. Through Living Injury Free Every Day (L.I.F.E), we continue to focus on improving, learning, and advocating for safer workplaces across our teams and our industry.
Today, we honour those affected and recognize the lasting impact these losses have on families, colleagues, and communities.
Every worker deserves to come home safe.
