How to Check Your Breasts:
Look in the mirror: Check for changes in size, shape, or skin texture with arms at your sides, then raised.
Feel your breasts: Use your fingers to check all areas, including armpits and collarbone, using circular motions.
Check different positions: Examine while standing, lying down, or in the shower for consistency.
Know what’s normal: Be aware of your usual breast texture and appearance.
Check regularly: Perform self-exams once a month, ideally a few days after your period.
Signs and Symptoms of Breast Cancer:
Lumps or thickened areas in the breast or underarm.
Changes in size or shape of one or both breasts.
Skin changes, such as dimpling, redness, or puckering

Nipple changes, including inversion, discharge, or rash.
Persistent pain in the breast or armpit
Swelling in or around the breast, collarbone, or armpit.
If you notice any changes, book an appointment with your GP.
